what are you using to take these photos? if this is a true representations of the coin maybe Unc details. if the photos are not accurate as to what the surfaces look like then give another shot. in any case an 09VDB would need to be at least 65RD to consider grading.

Not my area,is it genuine? You need to take care of the spot on the obverse. John1

To be frank, it's not worth sending in.

Looks to be AU from what I can see. I wouldn't send one of these in unless it was at least 66.

I'd say AU, probably details from not original surfaces.

I'm thinking high AU. My hunch is the coin looks a bit better in person. There are some digital artifacts in the pics posted. Nice album hole filler until better comes along.

i agree AU. try this to get better with your phone
1. turn off flash 2. place coin on flat surface with indirect natural light. maybe a window sill in a cloudy day 3. move phone about 3in from coin 4. zoom in using you fingers until the coin comes into focus 5. hold phone steady. if you cant then place something on either side of the coin at that distance and lay phone on top. this will hold it steady and allow you to zoom and take the photo without any blur
