Now at first sight it looked to be PMD but when I looked at it under a microscope it seems to be like it was stamped in it. There's nothing raised about it it looks like it was imprinted in it. I hope I have good enough pictures. Let me know what y'all think thank you

Not sure but it looks like pushed up metal on sides if so, then it is damaged.

It's definitely not raised on the sides it looks like it was a cast kind of. Definitely doesn't look like any PMD that I've seen it's too smooth on the surface. And the color is about the same. Like it got died with that in the process.

On post strike damaged coins the highest points will be affected first. Just like your coin. This is not a mint error, but coin damage.
