I believe this to be VAM stated in subject. It appears to be in the early phases of Die Deterioration as you hopefully can see, not all cracks show complete as referenced in VAMWorld.

I think this may actually be an early stage of the JOH-22 die. It's hard to plow through all those crack guides! But, it's fun.
