Ok so I found this 1994 with some unique toning. Has anyone ever seen this before or know if it's natural or made? I posted pics of other pennies so you can see the difference..

Looks like there may be some sort of 'film-like' substance on the coin's surfaces--some of which has been removed while in circulation.
