Note the border around the area? That was a die crack, then some of the metal was breaking away from the die. On the raised area you the border, is where the crack/void is on the die. The center hasn't broken off the die, leaving a void that would be a die chip. Just part of the die aging process. It is a die event. (The die was normal before this die event happened)
