R-1. price seems reasonable to me. average surfaces. upper end of VF. nice coin. fun fact about this die variety - the reverse die for this piece was used to strike the 1805 C-1. the Die Deterioration indicates that striking alternated between 1804 and 1805 dated coins. this variety is generally believed to have been struck in 1805 despite bearing the date of 1804.
