not sure how to describe this one. The date is shows the 8 not being fulled stamp...which I guess would mean a die slip or strange stamp. In God we trust also has issues.
Does this afll into the *keep* or rather just another pass.

@nor, this dime would be a spender for me. The lack of a full strike on the date and IGWT doesn't add to the numismatic value.
