In an NGC slab, but wanted to get your alls thoughts. I have been trying to find a decently struck one, which is rather challenging. These are seller photos.

I see nothing majorly wrong with this nice uncirculated coin except for a few usual dings... I can safely put this at a MS-65 to my eyes.

I'll stay on the safe side with this one and say MS-64. Not quite clean enough for 65 IMHO.

I see too many marks especially on the reverse. It is a nice strike for 02 O. I see it at 63+

I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

MS63...nice strike, good lustre..a few too many bag marks for 64 IMO

Several small dings and marks on both the obverse and reverse keeps it at MS64.
