2006 D Penny Is This A Doubled Eye

on this 2006 D penny is this a doubled eye and on the reverse the pillar right above the left statue at the base of the pillar is that some sort of doubling aswell or is it part of the pillar I couldnt fined this year on variety vista with the makings that my penny has

Looks like a contact mark. There are no doubled eyes on that year. If the affected area is incuse, then it is coin damage. I can see the lines on a hit on the coin on the field area. So I feel it is just damage on that area on the coin. (If it were a doubled eye, that area would be raised, not incuse)
