i won't begin to assume what I'm looking at. I've circled and lined the areas of interest and labeled them zone1-5 for easier reference. I also found a few interesting things near the arrows on the bottom in another picture. I've included a shot of the obverse and an upside down shot of the area of interest for different lighting. I dont believe this is a variety highlighted anywhere but its definitely peaked my interest. let me know what you guys think! cant wait to hear some opinions!

Tired and and some areas are Machine Doubling. Nothing of real interest on this one. Variety Vista lists no DDR for that time period 1990-1998-S:

Characteristic for this variety B design of the reverse. All B varieties, from the begin of this design show some Hub doubling. You must have this also on the left of the coin. Upper seem that this coin was hit in somehow, combinate with relative light strike with and very use Die. That year has 2 design varieties and the both are very common. Is no premium for common design varieties in what me I am concern.
