Hey, you can see the ridge of finials pretty good on your pic of the Memorial. I am trying to figure out more about that part of the design so thanks.

Die Subsistance error. (Probably the dies were not tempered correctly, as it affects several dies that year)   CoopHome: What is die subsstance? a weakening of the dies design. possible not tempered correctly?
