The coins were shown pouring off the production line at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant and a Mint spokeswoman said that they should enter circulation in December, 10 million are being struck. sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21788 Posts	Posted 10/29/2022 12:36 am I think that there is the possibility that The Royal Mint and Commonwealth Mints around the World that collector coins will be produced in 1922 bearing a Charles 111 effigy. Not so sure about coins issued into general circulation. So long as there are unused Eliz 11 dies, they will continue to be used long after her death, until those dies are worn out. Thus, I would not expect to see circulation coins with a 2022 date bearing a Charles 111 effigy. Report this Post to the Staff
