It's a lamination. Starts at the bottom of the ear and follows the jaw line. Then across the chin to in front of the mouth. Don't know what the gold color is, might be the edge of the lam.

It might be a struck through debris error. Note there is no peel happening on this one. Could be slightly over in weight?
