1963-D Memorial Cent Doubled Die Obverse (Ddo-002)

Another find from the batch of pennies I'm working through. The cover image for this one on Variety Vista is the extra bar below the foot of the L in LIBERTY, but the doubling on the date is much stronger in my opinion (and no, not MD on the date, although it does look a bit like it at first glance). Coppercoins does a better job than variety vista of highlighting the doubling on this variety, so I've linked their entry even though I've used the VV nomenclature.

@Coop yep, I just linked the coppercoins listing because their photographs of the doubling were better. And yeah, odd that it's not listed by Wexler since VV credits wexler for submitting it. Presumably it's just one of the many listings Wexler has but hasn't uploaded yet
