to the CCF

There is really nothing else to find out about it.
It is a coin that has been plated after it left the mint and it is worth 1 cent.
We have seen these quite often on the forum.
A lot of them were caused by high school experiments

Take it to a store or bank? Add it to $1.99 for small coffee at Starbucks? Lots of ways to spend one cent!

Something that just occurred, it that if it were a Close AM, It could have been made from two different years of cents and altered like a Magician coin, then plated with another color to hide the seam on the coin? If I can think it, it could be done. If they had copper plated it, it could be hidden that way. So the first test if you question one of these, is the weight issue. (keep this in mind before buying a fake one?)

Would love to see a picture of your cent.

Thanks Dearborn.
That's the first thing that crossed my mind.

Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
