Die chips is size are of no extra value, sorry.

What Merc said. Virtually every coin will have minute imperfections if you scrutinize it closely enough. The ones worth a premium are the ones that fall well outside mint tolerances.

The value is know what they are. A void on the die, that gets filled in and noticed on the coins struck with that die. (A die event)
