I am sure this is one of the 19 Vams, probably 19 or somewhere between 19 and 19A. Overpolished with heavy polish lines everywhere. In hand it looks prooflike to me. I could not find a VAM 19 in any grade PL that anacs or PCGS has graded. Thanks for checking it out. (If its not PL its extremely close)It has alot of doubling but did not want to overload pics.

It looks like a 19A to me and there are 6 PL examples listed in the SSDC registry.
