This evening I was going through a large bag of Lincoln Cents and came across this interesting looking 2004 D LMC. I am not sure if this happened at the mint or later. On the reverse it looks like another reverse got in the way? Please check out the photos and let me know what you all think.

looks line a vise job. Another cent was placed against the reverse of this coin and something else with a void in the shape of an X on the obverse.

thanks everyone. My first thought was PMD, Just wanted to be sure. I haven't seen everything and wasn't sure. I didn't see the screw head until some mentioned it. Sometimes one is too close to the item to see what caused the damage. Learning everyday. Thanks for your help.
