Interesting 2004 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Possible Strike Through Or PMD?

I am not sure if this happened at the mint or later. On the reverse it looks like another reverse got in the way? Please check out the photos and let me know what you all think. "LOVE THE HUNT!" I didn't see the screw head until some mentioned it. Sometimes one is too close to the item to see what caused the damage. Learning everyday. Thanks for your help. "LOVE THE HUNT!"
