Found this today going through a Loomis roll. Definitely a first for me. UAE 50 fils coin and I believe the date is 2007. Sorry about the quality of the photos. Only have my phone to use.

As an aside, the OP's coin has some rather interesting geometry.
The intersection of arcs is the center of the arc on the opposite edge of the coin.
Thus, it would pass through the slot of a vending machine, with exactness, just like a perfectly circular coin.

Very cool find, Nycstlrr! You never know what you may find in a bank roll. Good link Spence, I ran across that site a few years ago and has been invaluable with foreign coinage.
