Linear plating bubble. Not a premium for this coin. Just a striking event.

I see a long linear plating bubble as well. Not sure what you mean by "two finishes".

What I meant by finishes is below the 1993 line it is smooth above the line it seems to be bubbly. Don't know if that's any help and change the error if any

a common linear plating blister is running through the date. and grease strike through on the word 'IN'
