Canadian paper is recent... not George or anything. Double the face on ebay perhaps(shipping...yeaaah!). Not much over face to a dealer.
A fair price for worn silver is about 10 times face and going up... for US/Canada. Dates and Mint Marks would be needed to find any rarities.
I'm not a US expert, but most looks run of the mill except the US dollar.
The Jamaica, Papua New Guinea sets and the rest(Aussie(?)) I have no knowledge on at all, but very nice.

Well well well, That's a terrific collection and something to work with, it should make a collector out of you. Your Silver dollar looks like it is perhaps a nice 1896 Philadelphia minted coin in perhaps AU (About Uncirculated) probably worth at least 22.00.
I can't see the dates on the Buffalo nickels, they look pretty worn so maybe only worth .30 to .50 cents each. They grade anywhere to AG (About Good) to to maybe VG (Very Good).
I see one nickel has a mint-mark on the reverse under 5 cents, the bottom left one showing tails. ( looks like an s for San Francisco )
The Walking Liberty halves are not showing dates but I blew up the image and I see one is a 1946 which is common but still a $5 to 7 dollar coin. The other may be worth more, I bet from the wear it is from the teens or 20's and might have a low mintage and be actually worth more than the one in better shape.
You have a 1899 Indian Head cent that appears to be in about VG (Very Good) condition with a little corrosion on the back. Let it be as it is for now, don't clean these at all.
The Large cent might be a 1852 but it is very poor in wear and corrosion but still maybe a 6 or 8 dollar coin even so. Looks like a 1944 Mercury dime in maybe F (fine condition)
I don't know what the paper money is worth but those Canada bills look nice and crisp along with some others.
It also appears you have a specimen set of some kind from Jamaica 1974. I do not know a thing about that and another coin set.

I don't know anything about Australian except I saw a kangaroo. However there are a lot of great collectors in here that will help you. We have a lot from "down under" and around the world here in the forum.

The 100 yen is a modern circulation piece. The year is on the reverse, below the value, and can range from "42" (1967) to "63" (1988) - Showa era, or "2" (1990) to "20" (2008) - Heisei era*. If there's no western numeral below the 100, your coin is from 1989.
The only ones to have a premium over face value in this grade are Showa 13 and 14.

The bronze French Indochina (Indochine Francaise) 1/2 cent isn't something I see every day and apart from the green spot it's in nice condition. The book says $2.50 in EF and $0.75 in VF, the value of yours would be somewhere in between due to the spot.

The Indonesian note, as far as I know, is worthless in anything other than perfect grade.

The Japanese Government ten pesos note is Japanese Invasion Money, or JIM. It's in pesos so was intended for use in the Philippines. These, along with many other types, were issued in vast quantities in 1942, and this type is common. Moreover, this piece is damaged what reduces its value to a minimum.

* My guess would be that it's from Showa era. I also assume there will be a 2009 series
