Im not sure what to classify this as. If its a Cud, lamination, or just damage on rim. Thanks for the help. :)

Could be a rolled over Rim Fin, but with this amount of circulation wear, it might instead be rolled over rim, such as in the earliest stages of a Dryer Coin. Either way, not a mint error.
