It is an Die event IMHO it is an after strike trough die. For precise term of this let the others to give the name. One thing it is 100% it is not a design variety. I'm not seeing hub doubling on the 'que' area on the hair area. But that area might have been affected with a MD or coin contact on the lower part of the area in question?
