New Members Promotion: Can Join The American Numismatic Association (Ana) For $5 By October 31, 2022

datadragon Pillar of the Community United States 1648 Posts	Posted 10/05/2022 1:13 pm Just passing on this promotion where new members are able to join the American Numismatic Association ( ANA) for only $5 by Oct 31, 2022 (not any benefit to me in doing so). This is the same as the one-year Gold (digital) membership (regularly $30) and is for new ANA members only so we can't renew existing memberships at this price. This would include all the normal benefits like digital access to The Numismatist magazine - both new monthly issues and the entire library of back issues, $15 off a new NGC/PMG membership 1st year to submit coins and currency for grading (normally $25/year so would be only $10 1st year), borrowing books from the ANA library, 10% off whitman etc. https://email.money.org/invite-your...s-for-only-5 Edited by datadragon 10/05/2022 4:30 pm Report this Post to the Staff

Interesting. What the brochure says is that Hugh Wood, Inc. offers ANA members collection insurance at a substantial savings over regular homeowner or business rates. So it may be possible to still get it but at a higher cost when not an ANA member more likely. You can take into account the added yearly cost of a ANA membership fee if thats the only reason for someone getting the ANA membership. (not any benefit to me in doing so, just a normal ANA member). This is the same as the one-year Gold (digital) membership (regularly $30) or platinum (regularly $46 that mails physical numismatist mags vs digital only), but we can't renew existing active memberships at this price, only those that havent been members for 6 months or are new.
