I don't remember seeing anything like it before. You may want to send it to Cuds-on-Coins when the site owner gets relocated and starts doing attributions again in the "Fall of 2023." I have a Spike Head Buffalo nickel that I'd like to have added to the site. Let's see what others think of the rim anomaly on your quarter.
