While CRH Quarters I came across what I believe is a Rim Die Break on this 2018P Cumberland Quarter. Check it out!

Interesting! It looks like a Rim Cud and a Retained Rim Cud with some displacement and overlap. I don't remember seeing anything like it before.

You may want to send it to Cuds-on-Coins when the site owner gets relocated and starts doing attributions again in the "Fall of 2023." I have a Spike Head Buffalo nickel that I'd like to have added to the site.

Let's see what others think of the rim anomaly on your quarter.

Looks like like a rim Cud.

The simulation on the front left shows how this could make this taller than the normal rim.
