AU58. Luster looks impaired on liberty's cheek. Nice looking coin.

Toning subdues the luster but think it will grade MS-63 based on contact.marks.

I too think this one is in the AU camp, maybe AU55 luster does appear to break, but really need an in hand inspection of the cartwheel effect. Reverse looks better, and uncirculated, it's the obverse and face of Liberty that is saying NOPE to me on the completely mint state condition.

Mint state? No way. Luster is broken on the cheek and slight rub above the ear. AU58+

I always look at the hair directly above the ear, and to me, I think there is just a tinge of wear that will hold this back from a MS designation. Still a beautiful coin.

i agree with westcoin on the cheek so I have to go with AU55. the 86(P) are normally sharp so what we may be seeing is some slight wear. tips of the leaves a cotton balls, ear and wing tips to just point out couple areas

Difficult one, as you can see from the stars there is toning covering all the obverse so that is hiding any lustre. Have you used a digital zoom on your photography? This slightly pixelates the image and it can be hard to get a good read. Unsure if the breast feathers are worn or it is a weak strike, I'm thinking weak strike. Could be MS63, need better or different pics.
