Looks to me like Die Deterioration Doubling, with the possibility of emergent split plating.

DDD at its worst. How to tell? Note the devices are not affected, the fields are. (the devices size, stay the same)

On the older dies, the devices will be affected on the side of the devices, facing towards the rims. (The devices move towards the rim)

Note how the devices breakdown as the die ages?

CoopHome: What is the difference between the multi-hub dies and the single squeeze dies? profile of the devices. (Single squeeze cents have a lower profile) Die wear differences: single squeeeze dies are affected on the fields. On the multi-hub process, the devices are affected in the direction of the die wear pattern. (towards the rim direction)
