Umm..no.

It's probably very minor Machine Doubling, but I would have to be able to see more of the coin before I could tell you for sure.

I'm reminded whenever I spend a lot of time looking at coins under the scope, my mind starts noticing ever more detailed things that amount to nothing.
I'm just saying...it happens to me all the time. All the real varieties I've found start with something fairly dramatic that's supported by other corroborating features as I study in more detail. Since I'm far from an expert call on one detail, it helps me distinguish anomalies caused by wear/dirt/damage from something on the die.
