Was thinking AU53. Well struck in the center but weaker strike in the periphery, particularly in the right side of the coin. Obverse leaf cluster and arrow in the right side is weaker than the left. Reverse wreath detail is again weaker in the right side than the left especially in the outside wheat head.

XF45, possibly details, cleaned. Not harshly cleaned by any means, but it is obvious that the coin was at least "conserved", maybe a bit too aggressively. Those dark spots were likely darker at one point, small amounts of buildup still remain in some the the crevices of the devices. Someone may have gone to town with a qtip and some acetone or xylene, possibly a detergent. Color is a bit light and too consistent to be called "original". Just some observations. Nice example nonetheless.

Ty2020b had a good definition of why we are thinking the coin was cleaned. the question comes down to is did it cross the line a little too far or would it grade straight. after re-reviewing the coin i'll go a step higher to XF45. without better photos with less glare I think it still may pull the details designation. if you want to repost without less glare we will take a closer look at it

I'm in agreement with the old cleaning not bad at all, but yep it's a cleaned one. Grade? EF45 or AU50/53 can see it either way, likely an AU grade with an EF price.
