Reverse pic in particular is too soft to see surfaces clearly.

nice example, somewhere from MS-63 to MS-66, to narrow the range better pics are needed

based on the photos the coin appears to have some luster left however it is subdued. the rev photo is out of focus a little so its difficult to determine if there is an signs of circulation. the obv photo looks like some circulation has occurred. I think its in the AU55 area
