What is the grade an rough estimate of value is it one of the nickels with most silver

Photos are small and difficult to see the surfaces. Based on what I can see I suggest circulated XF as a grade. Value is spot silver for the 35% silver content.

photos are not the best to grade from

the missing steps are from strike not wear. based on the photos I'm not seeing wear on the key areas and lettering. the coin is either AU58 or MS62. without better photos I'm going with AU58

at AU58 retail about $7
at MS62 about $9

35% silver War Nickel.
Value: around $5.
