This coin has some crazy luster, like is it normal for these coins to come out super lustrous, just wanna make sure it hasn't been altered.

Coin has not been altered, The luster is original without any cleaning or tampering. Nice coin. Put it back in the holder and do not touch it or put fingerprints.

Looks like a nice mid-MS example with clean surfaces and a reasonably full strike. Protect it in a 2x2 or capsule.

BTW half dollars can often be found with strong luster - they can also often be found with mottled toning!

It appears you have a mid-level mint state example. Congrats!
