perhaps you mean repunched

looks instead like Machine Doubling, which is also visible on the H of Half

I see a MD. The photo show all the letters in HALF with same orientation of doubling.

Note on this link, the affect the RPMs show on these RPMs. Your coin is showing Machine Doubling. If it were a RPM, then there would be seen an enlarged punch in a direction. On your coin, it is just Machine Doubling on that area of the coin.
