tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6108 Posts	Posted 10/19/2022 12:30 pm It's real but not what your title suggests. A regular off center coin struck uniface, no die cap involved. Essentially a planchet was in the chamber when this was struck off center so the reverse side doesn't show any real detail. Typically worth in the ballpark of $15 in uncirculated condition.
