Pics are too dark to evaluate surface details. Doubt this is a proof.

Looks like a coin that has been polished with a polishing compound of some sort. Not a proof.

I add more photos.The coin has a shiny mirror back.The coin has the different color from all the One Cent that I have seen.It has not been polished.Thank you.

The photo shows the luster of the coin and the color is not the classic light or dark brown.

it looks more like a polished business strike than a proof to me. Notice how it is dull in between the letters of liberty and the date, and right at the perimeter of the bust.

business strike
A regular issue coin, struck on regular planchets by dies given normal preparation. These are the coins struck for commerce that the Mint places into circulation.
