Also weird raised curve on reverse side., anyway newest of two finds

Coin looks damaged to me. Circulation wear doesn't show in the same direction on this coin. Note the incuse mark on the obverse and the raised area on the reverse. The polished off Liberty doesn't show the same thing on the reverse side. So I feel the coin was altered. Not a tapered planchet issue:

The weight will be under and show weakness on opposite sides of the thinned planchet area.
