Look in the middle you can see color change to silver

A circulated '93 with some environmental damage issues. The 'silver' is really the coin's zinc core being exposed. Value is one cent.

I agree, the silver colour is really exposed zinc. Zinc rot soon to follow.

Split plating exposes the zinc, it starts to rot. So it is not a plus for the coin.
