Spectacular Error On 2020 5 Cent Coin, Please Explain?

This one is in a straight line again but in a different position on the obverse and has a clear straight 'border line'? on the bottom. This one is more rectangular blobs than the previous more rounded blobs posted earlier. Report this Post to the Staff
