Spectacular Error On 2020 5 Cent Coin, Please Explain?

I have found a similar error to this and it was not really confirmed as to how it occured.
This one is in a straight line again but in a different position on the obverse and has a clear straight 'border line'? on the bottom.
This one is more rectangular blobs than the previous more rounded blobs posted earlier.

Looks like an air bubble in the planchet.
Under heat (minting) it expands.

Looks similar to when the bags are getting heat sealed and a coin gets caught in the process.

I think that the area would encompass the whole top of the coin if that were the case?
