I have searched hundreds of thousands of bank roll coins but have never found an off center strike. Is that what I have here? I don't typically search dime rolls either but have had good luck recently.

Looks off centered with the obverse die being a slightly MAD.

Does the coin have a reeded edge all the way around? Usually, an off-center strike is also broad struck or maybe a partial collar.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Thanks, guys! Was pretty sure but having never found one, needed conformation. Yokozuna, here are shots of the edge, starting at the date and going clockwise.

Would this, along with a partial collar be 2 MADs?

The partial collar would be the issue.
