The left side of the EPU devices are showing
Machine Doubling. Not a
DDR.
Machine Doubling removes the contour of the design. That is what we are seeing on that area.
Machine Doubling caused the
Machine Doubling. A doubled die will have enlargement with a spread seen on the devices.

First clue on these is to look at the dots on the EPU area.
Look at the centers of the devices not the edges of the devices. Those two areas will show
Machine Doubling or die wear in the direction of the closest rims.
Machine Doubling is caused by a loose machine. A doubled die comes from a die that has hub doubling, thus we call them a "Doubled Die."
Machine doubling can happen on a doubled die, but Machine Doubling never makes a doubled die. A doubled die coin comes from a die that is showing hub doubling. CoopHome:
