No. This is slight pushed metal on these devices on Machine Doubling. Note the tops of the devices, you can see where the metal moved on these devices. Not a doubled die. A doubled die comes from a doubled die. Your coin is form a normal die. (No hub doubling) Machine Doubling never makes a doubled die. A doubled die can suffer Machine Doubling, but it is then a doubled die, with Machine Doubling:

These are all doubled dies. (Same die number DDO-001) but note the mintmarks.? On a doubled die, you will never seen the mintmark and the date showing the same spread on a doubled die. (The die is created first, later the mintmark is added to the die) If you see MD on a doubled die date area (Like this one) you will note that the mintmarks are not showing hub doubling, but they are showing Machine Doubling, in the same direction. The date area is affected the same. (note the yellow arrows?) But these of the hub doubling is present. So Machine Doubling can happen on a doubled die, but only a Doubled Die can strike a "Doubled Die" coin. Machine Doubling just alters the struck devices. (And can never make a doubled die, the machine alters the strike, post strike. A common event)

CoopHome: Can " Machine Doubling" happen on a Doubled Die? yes. you can have a "Doubled Die" with Machine Doubling, but Machine Doubling never strikes a doubled die, as a doubled die only comes from a "doubled die."
