I will go out on a limb and suggest Mamluks, al-Mansur 'Ali II, 1376-1381, AE fals, Hamah, undated. Balog 509 (erroneously assigned to Tripoli); Album 963.

The rosette feature is quite distinctive, composed of hammer-like shapes, one of which is plain on your coin. Compare the example below from Zeno. There is not enough of the legend on your piece to be 100% certain but there is also nothing that conflicts, including a partial mint name.
