That's S1-3022 in Howard Spindel's Shield nickel Viewer. No cross-reference to Fletcher mentioned there, so it might not be listed in Fletcher's book.

Cool RPD though!

https://archive.org/details/compgui...191/mode/1up only has descriptions but I wonder if it's their 03.11 (FS#5c-003.7?). I didn't read through all 67 varieties; just that one popped out.

I found this at NGC Variety Plus. Tanman was correct with his attribution.

Diagnostics
The date was repunched counter-clockwise to the first impression, with doubling visible at numerals 68.
