The coins were cut in half and solder together ( 2 different coins )you can see it when the coin is on edge

Lol I told my husband I thought it looked like 2 coins put together. Instead of being on the same planchet. But I had to check with you guys. Lol thanks all! &

yep, the nickel was ground/sanded down to the size of a cent then possibly both were flattened down and glued together. It is a first for me..

Not six cents, but three. It's half a nickel + half a cent.

Use it as a magic trick to a youngster and make their day. Hold in hand and then flip it over (unseen) and its a different coin.
