Since we're on the topic of Rosevelt dimes. What do you gentle make of this gold colored one. The other one seems somewhat what you were talking about Coop. My first time encountering them. Colored coins maybe?

Either environmental toning or plating resulting in gold/yellowish colour. Post mint damage either way.

Both are spenders. 1990 is damaged. The other one is discolored.
