The E in AMERICA looks different and the R is maybe cutoff that looks like a K!
The E in the word CENT looks like an F?

The extended devices into the rim are caused by extreme die wear. Not a plus for the coin, but would make a discussion point to a new collector as a show and tell item as a non collectable coin. Not a premium for the coin. Looks like the same thing happened on the obverse as well.

Just a bad case of Die Deterioration from a worn die
that should have been retired earlier.

Yes, advanced Die Deterioration it seems. Curiously, it appears the coin may have been exposed to an acidic environment. An accurate weight could tell us more.

3.1 grams=copper
2.5 grams=copper plated zinc
Could it be a minor Grease Filled Die issue?
