I'm sorry to say, but this coin has Zinc Rot, not a Re-Punched Mint mark or Doubled Die. On zinc core coins zinc dust can get caught under the copper platting and cause a gas bubble. This one has collapsed and left the 'D' shape you see here.

It's just a Damaged coin. PMD

No value over face.
