VEDS , business strike . At first glance I would have said it's an impaired proof until determining that the edges did not look like a high wired proof .

we've learned to mentally adjust for your photos that exaggerate reflectivity, so this looks like a business strike, I'd say MS-63

Agree with nick10. Photo (lighting) exaggerates contrast and makes it difficult to assess. But, I agree with OP, it is a bright 62.
