Hello guy's I have this 2000 D Lincoln Cent that looks to have what seems to be scratches or die chip's on it I'm confused on whether this is PMD or something like an error,
can someone please help me? Sorry if my terminology is incorrect, thanks in advance guy's.

Damage marks on the coin. The plating was scraped aside and thus the zinc is showing. Post strike damage to the coin. (It was normal when it was struck)

Agreed, post mint damage. Silver colour is exposed zinc, which will turn into zinc rot soon, the beginning of the end for this cent.
