This penny looks like a RPM-007 or RPM-010. (VISTA) Your opinion, please. I don't see any other doubling. Thanks

I agree with John .... unless that is a secondary D showing up as a "hooked curve" off the bottom curve of the mint mark.

Maybe add a clear closeup of the mm?

Evidence of a second punch need to be seen on a RPM, because if enlarges the size of the mintmark:
